Digital Talk approached our web design London agency in need of a website revamp introducing a better user experience when purchasing a Mobile Phone and Contract.
Digital Talk needed to offer clients their products and contracts instantaneously via the Web utilizing a bespoke reputation creating a one-stop shop when ordering through the website.

The Solution
- Create a full and easy to manage database driven website. Allowing the flexibility to add and delete products (news items, special offers, products and prices) when needed and from any location.
- This web site will include sophisticated technology and a Clean Design, Custom Background and Stunning Graphics (eye candy).
- The site will also include an online ordering service for clients.
System Overview.
Home/Splash Page – This page required a main site redesign introducing a new logo while keeping the company ‘look and feel’. It was essential that this section attracts the user, as this is the front cover and represents a virtual shop front.
Content Management System – Secure technology is used when creating a password protected administration panel allowing access to the web site. An administrator can change, news items, images, special offers, products, P+P and prices instantaneously. Updating the stock control is easy from the CMS on the website administration panel
Special Offers -This link provides current offers, special packages and discount prices for existing services and new customers.
Product and Contract - After viewing a phone and its description the user has the option to select the product with optional contracts.
Order page – Here the monetary transaction between the client and Digital Talk is processed. The user will enter their details and order the service they require online with a Debit /Credit Card integrated service.
Confirmation Page – The page is only be created if the client has ordered a product and has been authorised. It contains the product information, reference number and a confirmation email for the client.
E Zine – Emails can be sent via the E-Zine notifying customers of new offers or special deals currently in stock.
Auto download and Print orders – Once an order has been processed a confirmation of order and a delivery address label is printed.
Credit/Debit Card Integration – This aspect of the project will allow clientele to order online. After any transaction the system will automatically send a confirmation E-mail back to the user. This will allow the client to recognize that the transaction has been processed

Things You'll Need:
1.There are a few websites that will allow you to sign up for an email blast allowing you to create and do the send. A few good ones to look out for is Constant Contact, iContact and our favourite when we are not using our own tailored software is MailChimp .
2. Open the program and choose an eBlast template.
3.Enter the copy that you would like to electronically send to the readers of your eBlast. At Digital we would advice including information such as latest news, up-coming events and a questionnaire.
4. Insert the images into your eBlast to create stimulation visualization.
5. Save the eBlast design when finished.
6. Test a message by sending the eBlast to yourself ensuring that it looks the way you want it to, check before sending it to other individuals.
7. Import the list of all of email's you want to send the eBlast to. Only send eBlast's to individuals who have given you their permission and have actually opted in to recieve newsletters about your company or organization.
8.Click Send and off you go. Your eBlast is on its way. Before closing, make sure you schedule it to be sent for a future time and date.
