The Messaging Centre - Software Maintainance Solution

The Messaging Centre (TMC) are specialists in bulk SMS messaging. They have been providing cost effective SMS solutions for leading corporate clients since 2002. As a software project, the SMS gateway is small/meduim: with only a handful of selected engineers working into its design, implementation, and deployment - Digital Broadcaster where chooson to join the team.

Requirements for Maintenance:

TMC were looking for a company to maintain and upgrade their SMS messaging system while upholding the quality and functionality for which they are renowned. DB performed a detailed analysis of TMC's software and technology needs, encompassing all phases of the workflow and development. To ensure project continuity, Digital Broadcaster also stepped in to act as the technical liaison to the general contractor and other key project leaders working with design agency Matt Garcia on key aspects of branding and technology integration. Digital Broadcasters was able to identify potential pitfalls, both within and outside of our scope, and provide sound technology solutions.
