| A realtor in London, already had a website, but needed it redone with features involving programming property listings, and including a Content Management System. Viproperties was already knowledgeable in sales and marketing, but needed a mechanism for tracking visitors, getting contact information, and closing sales. A management system for listings and testimonials was a start, but it was decided that displaying a range of properties to let and for sale would attract more potential clients. |

| A custom interface required each user to register, which triggers an email to the site owner. Each new search also triggers a system email to the site owner, so before he calls them, he knows where they live, the area and price range they are looking at, and any changes they have made to their search criteria. Properties are listed on the website using the online office administration system entirely based on the powerful Real Estate Listing. The website has been designed in such a way that provides a user-friendly navigation and property search interface. Visitors can easily locate a property of their interest and can always return the next day to search for any newly-added properties. Features include
