Whenever you need something changed or added to a website,  simply log-on to your account, call or email us and we’ll get it done for you! The only thing you need to do is decide what you require updated…tell us the details…and consider it done.

What does web maintenance cost?

24/7 web maintenance, whenever, wherever you need it.
Pay-as-you-go maintenance charges are fixed at our hourly rate of £90. Unlike most web development agencies we only charge per quota (capped every quarter if an hour). So for example if a job takes 15 minutes or less then the cost would be £22.50; between 15-30 minutes would cost £45; 30-45 minutes = £67.50, and a full hour £90.

How quick can web updates be made?

More then often they are done the same day although most updates are completed within 48 hours.
Larger more complex updates can take slightly longer but we do offer Guaranteed SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) – this means that what we guaranteed, will be completed by then.
